Practice Licences · the reply drafter

How the reply drafter writes

For Ami and June, from Jordan Copeland, 16 October 2026. Each answer you send comes straight back to me.

Hi Ami and June,

The reply drafter writes a first draft of a reply to a Practice Licence applicant. The processor reads it, changes what they want and sends it themselves; nothing goes out on its own. Before the team starts using it, I'd like the two of you to confirm how it writes, because you know how ICB should sound better than anyone.

There are three parts, and the first matters most. Answer whatever you can, in any order, and press Send under each answer. You can stop at any point and come back: what you've sent stays here, and you can change it and send it again. Once one of you has sent an answer, the other sees it underneath.

The applicants on this page are invented. Words in [brackets] are filled in from the applicant's record when a real draft is made.

Thank you. There's no rush to do it all in one sitting.
